Whether you have already chosen an architect and/or designer or would like Casey Custom Builders to recommend one, we’re ready to assist you from pre-construction consultation to project completion.  From our first involvement in the project we begin an iterative budgeting process that starts at the conceptual level stemming from historical data and current cost analysis, and evolves through a structured bidding process at the subcontractor and vendor level.  The project budget is then monitored and revised on an ongoing basis to ensure real time budget awareness. Job specific schedules are created and shared with owners online through BuilderTrend software allowing us to communicate progress on a daily basis in conjunction with daily logs and photos, keeping lines of communication open and free flowing.  A large part of our value is in our team of trade partners and subcontractors. Steve Casey received his B.S. in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in 1999 from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and served as an officer in the Coast Guard for five years, where he received extensive training and experience in logistics and program management. He drew from is engineering education and management experience and began his career as a builder upon moving to Truckee in 2004. Steve’s experience is rooted in a wide range of construction type and methodology in both the residential and commercial areas of the industry.
